You will receive on each tour a written inventory of all the options scheduled in the itinerary.
We will only include in our itineraries options at reasonable market values. Nobody likes to waste time
looking over priced properties !!!!!
We will accompany and guide you trough all the process of renting or buying a property.
We have provided our service to many expatriates working for international companies and understand
clearly what it means to look for properties within company policies/guidelines as well as budget.

We will always coordinate an appointment in advance before bringing any potential client.
After each visit we will inform you within the next 24 hr. the result of the appointment as well
as the comments potential clients have made on your property
We only will offer your property at the official asking price. We do not accept to list overpriced properties.
We will put the information on your property in our web-page within three working days after having listed it.
We will market your property on an professional way and will be open to show it to other Realtors clients.
We do not expect exclusive listings unless you specifically tell us so.
We can also administrate your property on your behalf if you are getting relocated somewhere
else or just would like to avoid the hassle.
